IOsemi Samples First Prototypes

IO Semiconductor Inc. today announced that it has sampled prototypes of production devices to select customers and that the customer’s feedback has been very favorable.  According to Pete Fowler, Vice President of Business Development, the selected customers were very pleased to see production level prototypes from IOsemi and that these customer’s evaluation of the devices’ performance proved them to be highly competitive.

According to Fowler, IOsemi has been able to deliver RF performance with these initial devices that is establishing IOsemi as a top tier supplier of RF components.  It is also very promising that this level of performance was achieved on IOsemi’s first silicon of its first production level device.

Fowler continued - “To provide customers with production level prototypes that were more than competitive in their performance is a very important and positive step in IOsemi’s drive to become a top tier supplier of RF Components.”
