IOsemi Samples First Prototypes

IO Semiconductor Inc. today announced that it has sampled prototype devices to select customers and that the customer’s feedback has been very favorable.  According to Pete Fowler, Vice President of Business Development, the selected customers were very pleased to see prototypes from IOsemi and the customers’ review of the performance data IOsemi provided was extremely positive.

According to Fowler, IOsemi has been able to deliver RF performance with these initial prototypes that is establishing IOsemi as a top tier supplier of RF components.  It is also very promising that this level of performance was achieved on IOsemi’s first silicon of its first prototype device.

Fowler continued - “Obviously this is just the first step in many, but it was a extremely positive first step that bodes well for IOsemi’s future products.”
